If this is a pump and dump where is the volume
MMX has risen as they have mislead the market
gone on a promotional tour of europe and USA but just forgot to tell investors about a court case that if the result went against them in the extreme would see them lose their major asset.
They only have 50% to play with.
If they lose then no more payment to allow them to fund investment in rail and port.
MMX is playing an all or nothing game here and may just fall off a cliff.
