As I posted a while ago not really a major investor in shares.
Got talked into this one and are more interested in the David and Goliath battle than shares itself. Also the legal aspects of this case I like.
I am still yet to be given any evidence of the "big boys" and the pump and dump. The bulk of the top shareholders have not moved in 2 years and really have only one chance of success which is through a successful outcome to major case.
I reckon this will run again leading up to February and then fall away again. Mkt doesnt understand that we could be months and months from a judges decision.
Having said this I have read about the demise of CHM, the pump and dumps, case been laughed out of court etc for a long time now and guess what they are still here and are actually going forward.
As to Ben E, your friends wouldnt be WASP would they. Everyone in business has people who like them and people who dont like them. As a CHM holder I think he and the board are doing a fine job.
The only reason you wish to dig up some dirt is because as much as you dont want to think about it CHM is about to become MMX's worse nightmare. What part of his running of CHM can you say has been bad ?
Shall we compare Ben to Greg and Phil ? Now there are a couple of fine up standing business people.

Finally I am not sure if the comment about having no idea was directed at me but to date I am yet to see one MMX holder post who has even a slim grasp of the law and the implications this has on MMX.
In fact everytime a MMX holder posts it becomes clearer who has no idea !
