We should never lose sight that Holloman took up the rights issue and put more cash into RMG. As did other substantial holders. An internal reorganisation is simply that and we should not speculate on what the reasons were for transferring from a PTY LTD company to a US LLC. Holloman is after all a US corporation. Nevertheless, Holloman still holds and holds substantially. My take is that this in preparation for what we are soon expecting in the form of an announcement that we re-invent RMG.
