Just a few questions for you. Some might overlap each other.

What do you believe is the difference today with Forrest Capital being involved than when they were involved in 2007(called Dalgety Captial back than)?

Do you know if they had much involvement in the last acquistion in 2007?

Their role back in 2007 was mainly with Ascent Capital start up's and their role was shorter term. They do seem to be more actively involved in companies these days, perhaps their role is changing. I believe they own the building and are located at RMG headquarters. I also notice they are involved in the prospectus with Credo Resources.
