Someone asked earlier what is the company worth ?

I tried a few months ago to do my own envelope mathematics and came up with about a 4 cents per share or $40 million valuation

That was before the Lithium introduction , but also before the failure of Illo East with Southern Peru Copper.

I think in the short term the question should be what value is being placed on

1. Sale of Guado

2. MOU with First Quantum

3. Lithium technology JV

4. 70,000 hectares of likely leases in Argentina

I have placed .5 cents per share on Guado ( $5 million ) , .3 cents per share on MOU , but would triple that on a JV at a minimum , .4 cents per share on the JV on the tech , and .4 per share on the 70,000 hectares whilst they are not singed off

Thats a current value of 1.6

If the Guado is sold for $10m , the JV occurs and it is favourable , and the Argentinian leases are approved by the government , i have it closer to 4 cents still


If the MOU with First quantum is a no goer , i think the stock might drop back to 1 cent

If the JV is signed and is favourable , where LRS gets a free carry for a major drilling program by a $billion copper producer I think we could see 2.5 cents easily maybe more very quickly


On the lithium until the leases are in place and some work commences i suspect it will be slow going on adding extra value but over time as news flow does start coming through it should add cents to the stock
