Well as long as KC doesn't come out and clarify what exactly is in for the EMH shareholders from this deal, how will we as a minority after holding only 49 per cent of Geomet are protected, there will be a lot of volatility. Still remains to be seen if the final deal has EMH as managing entity of the Cinovec project.
