I thought the same, but now I don't think so. There was a 500000 share transaction at 12:50 and then a 400000 one at 1:36, both at the top price. It looks to me like there's just a lot of normal trading going on, and if there is any manipulation going on it's those two buyers (perhaps it's one) selling down smaller parcels to entice more krill into the net for them to gobble up. Not sure, but if you aren't day trading, this all looks pretty good IMHO.
