it suggests that drummond have other options and may or may not go through with the acquisition from ags .. which was the case anyway based on due diligence etc .. what's important is that ags have flagged they want to offload the gold assets, generate some cash, and focus on the u3o8 ... if drummond don't sign on the dotted line, ags will find some other acquisitor, with the gold price the way it is etc ... imho
