Yes I can understand your thinking...and I am a little concerned too as it is highly speculative.
However, $30million has been pumped into the stock at an average price of approx 37.5c - 38c. Makes no sense to pump and dump for 3% returns?
I think someone has definitely bought a 7-8.5% stake in three days.
If a substantial shareholder notice is not out by the end of the week, I think you will be found correct.
