That's what the market is telling us:

zoom up to 5.9 cents and then all the way down to 5.2 cents.

5.2 cents on the 9th, hyped to 5.9 cents on the 11th and 15th and then all the way back down to 5.2 cents today.

Pretty good move down too: 11% drop from the high yesterday and now all those pulled into the hype (some 191 million shares ) are looking like mugs.........

Classic HC pump and pump on some the rumour of some nifty neat new news that turned out to be some stinky little 3 million share plus a few bucks exploration requirement in the future buy.
