Agreed, before the Mt Boppy successes I had it around 40c, now due to that playing out and likely removing all debt they have in the next months I have it around 60c also.

But IMO it is like discussing the shapes of clouds thinking that silver/gold will stay around this price range, and if anyone thinks that they should probably not invest in MKR! In my opinion silver more so than gold is going to increase dramatically soon and I think a calendar year average of US $50 is very conservative, with the AUD equiv. being around $75 to $80 per ounce.

To make good money you have to be willing to pull the trigger before it is slightly obvious, long before the lemmings get a whiff. It is just a bonus that right now it should be valued around 60c and it is only 40c, but if you invest on that, then when it hits 70c you'll probably be bailing and missing the $3-5 it will be. Something to consider.
