All the cliches come out when companies raise capital...pump and dump..more dilution etc...TMT will end up after this raise with circa 150m shares with an exciting new value add project with revenues to help fund the vanadium project....thus avoiding dilution and huge borrowings...to those peddling the one liners please suggest a better alternative
