American funds (Attara Funds) bought in at 4.6c for $11.67M is part of a big picture to JG Group's Legend that they can't go & tell the market of not finding anything and NAD is broke - so they do this funds raising exercise, before Legend does its IPO
Success of SPP is irrevelant now that they have $11.67m, but with no good drilling results, the sp will fall
Time will tell
