I may be wrong but it is looking like a classic pump & dump,and is not the first time for Clancy..Notice how the big buyers just manage to keep out of range although they did lift their bids as the price went up. Now they are slowly reducing their offer price to keep from actually getting hit..Might be wrong but will see if they ever stand and buy
