Just cos those on Cafa's screen shot do not appear now does not mean they have gone away forever.
As noted by others almost every day for the last 3-4 weeks the opens and closes have been strong by price & volume. Mid session IMO the buyers are waiting in the wings to try to pick up bargains on the thin mid day volumes.
This sort of one day price surge has happened at least 4 or 5 times in the last 3 years and is usually followed by a partial correction. Even co's such as COH often have big gaps intra-day after a run of buying or selling.
