My point, Imho, was that you can't interpret every rise in a share price as a pump, nor every drop as a dump. Prices rise and fall every day - that doesn't make them pump-and-dumps. Perhaps I should have found an "Irony" or a "Sarcasm" emoticon to go with the post?
Yet we have LTL coming here and suggesting that because the price went up by a cent, it's the start of a pump and dump.
