I wouldn't think they're in danger of bankrupcy (delisting) with the contract now finalised. Why would the bank approve the loan if the deal was flaky? I expect they would have tight lending policies - though the market doesn't seem to agree. At the same time, market is well messed up right now, and I wouldn't have much faith in the market making the right call in this climate.
