You will need much more than 6750 km2.
For a start the area calculated is based on the energy received over that area. No allowance for maintenance access, That would add 30% ? Then roads, hills, valleys and the ramifications thereof. Varying solar intensity.
No allowance for peak demand. etc. No allowance for or ability to store energy.
the list goes on......
Then I note that the there is no operating wave power in Australia at this point. WA maybe in the future.
You are living in dreamland. I can see no substantial increase in renewables before 2040.
They just don't work that well.
