Personally don't think its either, just a breakout on low vol from Long Term retrace line. Basically Bottom is in IMO but yet to be confirmed.

The reason for my post timing the other day was in anticipation of this breakline. Who really knows what will happen when these lines are broken but usually something happens, today for us was a positive outcome and potentially and more importantly reinforces that our main seller is possibly now genuinely out with the last of the tax loss selling IMHO.

The depth change for the last 2 runs up (pumps) was significant, both runs had an instant net depth change of approx. 8mil. Today was more no more than +1.5-2mil so more like low vol genuine buy sig with retail support coming in.The reason for the 60% spike is obviously IMO retail buyers in search of a bargain combined with a shortage of supply at this depressed level but good to see low volume up day as it hints towards a potential bottom that may not be revisited.( but still yet to be confirmed)

CR is I think on everyones mind, so is the outcome of the progressive "lengthy" talks with Vanadium credits and set up of a venture, I think we will be informed soon enough on both counts. You never know, $$ may just be done at a premium to the current depressed levels if they can attract an Korean investor with enough money and vision in an Island country that will significantly benefit from the local supply of both commodities.

One thing that can be said for sure is that SHE will now be triggered on more than a few watchlists after todays reaction so hopefully we can see a small crawl up from here to a more respective level.

Word on the street "rumour" is Japan will fire up their reactors at the end of July so expect this will reinvigorate interest in all U plays on the ASX IMO if the rumour is proved true.

Hopefully the clouds really are finally parting and we are about to get some long awaited sunshine on our vitamin D deficient skin.
