EXCELLENT SILVER-GOLD RESULTS FROM A NEW TARGET AT THE BATANGAS PROJECT New Channel Sampling Results at Lumbangan include:  4m @ 372 g/t Silver (Ag) , 2.2 g/t Gold (Au) (6.93 g/t Au equivalent1) including, 1m @ 1,415 g/t Ag, 8.0 g/t Au (26.2 g/t Au equivalent1)  2m @ 449 g/t Ag, 1.4 g/t Au including 1m @ 758 g/t Ag, 2.2 g/t Au (12 g/t Au equivalent1)  8m @ 137 g/t Ag, 0.46 g/t Au (2.22 g/t Au equivalent1)
Perth, Western Australia: Red Mountain Mining (ASX:RMX) has returned very high-grade silver results with good gold credits from channel sampling of outcropping lode mineralisation at the new Lumbangan Ridge target, within the Archangel Prospect at the Batangas Gold Project, 120 kilometres south of Manila in the Philippines.
The Archangel Prospect includes the majority of Mineral Resources (Indicated and Inferred Resources 5.59mt @ 2.0 g/t Au, 363,000 oz Au, JORC 2012, released 30 June 2014) on the Batangas Project, and lies 6 kilometres (km) to the east of the high grade Lobo Prospect on the Batangas Project.
The peak surface channel sampling intersections (see Table 1 for all results) include LUM 5 that returned 4m @ 372 g/t Ag, 2.2 g/t Au (6.9 g/t Au equivalent)1, including 1m @ 1,415 g/t Ag, 8.0 g/t Au (26.2 g/t Au equivalent1) and LUM 6 that returned 2m @ 449 g/t Ag, 1.4 g/t Au including 1m @ 758 g/t Ag, 2.2 g/t Au (12 g/t Au equivalent1).
