I am sure that AUZ would have started looking for SKI's replacement by now if things were not going in the right direction. They only have cash for 2 quarters and can't rely on another credit raise.
If there were doubt's about SKI then they would have done a bigger CR last time and of course informed the government about the problems. Sconi is a prescribed project and government people are in the mix and must be having a good idea of which way it's going.
