Pure speculation but could be a grateful Federal Gov for the votes of faith plus a State Gov packing it due to their anti mining propaganda ,and a State election happening next year, providing help.
Or I have been reading (on some Stock blog take I follow) something about a EV revolution that is growing in size ( bit like a avalanche) and Companies require stable supplies of materials to manufacture the drive trains. Apparently in the reports this is in short supply for procurement.
A a certain company we know uas been perfecting process in a demo plant and have all permits to roll out a mine with Prescibed Status to streamline all other required conditions.
Pure speculation but Jez it looks good.
