Marcus sounds like he did the right thing.
Bergen were only cutting the cake on both sides. I suspect he raised the 5 million knowing it can take him to October / November if absolutely required.
He’ll be turning the screw now pushing for the deal. Be surprised if this rolls into August.
They’re noticeably quiet atm which suggests they’re busy nutting something out.
