    Puntland Govt is not an issue, there are other annoyances which will be overcome in time

    The reality is the asset is real and does exist, hence the game being played

    When Dharoor gets mobilised you will find the will be drilling a previous discovery by Agip

    The current options cap raising puts the skin in the game
