    Looks like the commissioning is going a more slowly than anticipated (no big surprise) and thus we have yet to see our first qtr of production and sales results.
    On the positive side they are stockpiling material at the various points and will be able to crank up pretty quickly when the plant is running at 100%.
    Wouldn't be surprised to see a dip today based on this report and might pick up a little more.
