Greek parlament has passed debt reduciton program; $ will from to Greece;

Spain next? ( if yes , will require more $) - biggest concern for me! ;

I believe goverment will step up but it will have effect on incomes and values;

I took up aez this week as well ; but by looking a MDT we might have similar arrangments (possibility)

I still see it as more risk then Japanese REITS;
