It is mainly lack of sufficient cash that has kept REM on the slower start up track. CSM has cash and deep pockets. Production will be ramped up.
Off the top of my head I cannot remember where CSM and associated interests (ATX etc) other Nickel areas are.
CSM management has been working quietly at getting Nickel expertise into the company with some interesting appointments. CSM are not going to remain a minnow in Nickel.
Marketing will be no problem.
REM will be basically picked up for nothing thanks to the astute early move on PMM. An early move on REM as you suggest looks very likely.
If REM had a market value of $50m standing alone I wonder what the increase will be to CSM's market cap?
