In any case when you have the pic you want you paste this in your post

Where the http://etc is the URL of the image (you can find the URL of existing images by right-clicking on them and choosing 'properties' then copy and paste the URL).

Make sure you use < and > instead of ( and ) or it won't work. I used the brackets so you could see the code.
