the 30k plant is in QLD in a JV with CRL and Iluka and will produce synthetic rutile.
The NZ plant is a different type of technology in a soon to come large JV with NZ Steel and BHP. It is part of the ears process for the steel industry.
The scale up fom what is in newcastle will only be approx 15 times which in engineering terms is a very very small scale up.
Although there is a number of shares on issue there is huge upside potential in firstly the basin with Bemax and Iluka and successful current negotiations with what i beleive to be a company that dwarfs Ticor and Iluka.
Other posters are predicting 10 cents and 3 months I would have to agree.
