The guy who dumped a million will be there! It is NOT me but in total he has around 5.0mil and needed to get a few hundred $K for settlement. Not sure if he has finished but he has also sold approx another mil in market over the last few weeks. He will not be liqiudating all his stock so if he is not finished he is very close.
He has not lost confidence in APG but when push comes to shuv , property prices are down (which hinders liquidation of property) and he needs to settle on a property exchanged on two years ago he had little choice.
If anyone is new is going to the AGM drop me a line so we know to catch up.
