Wouldn't put too much weight behind that article, written by a climate change alarmist, what slant would you expect. Where is the alternative recommendation, bet he doesn't want nuclear, so what is the solution?
The only reason that the power stations are putting up the high security fences is because of the terrorists, the greenie terrorists.
