puntland 6 years on, and getting there!

OILIES are notoriously long winded in making progress, but RRS have a diversified portfolio of operations, a failure here and there will not mean the end, as is often the case with 'one trick ponies'...but neither is failure an option here, I for one will have none of it.
Success in PUNTLAND, A SEMI-AUTONOMOUS STATE IN SOMALIA, could politically be life changing for the locals and Regional Govt, creating badly needed jobs and boosting their economy...This will be just the tonic that could help stabilise this segregated part of Somalia....This article from 4 years back, is interesting, as it shows that RRL after 6 years of work in this region, would have been 'long gone' by now if success was about to turn into a nightmare?
