3. We are not cash-strapped. Should actually be cashflow positive from Texas, and T&T.

Change of governments should be interesting, but by the time Puntland government changes, we should have drilled the two wells we need to, and therefore will have actions/results on our side.

Only thing I'm concerned about is the Africa Oil, move into a Canadian listed company and creation of Puntland Oil Company - this move has slowed things down in my view, so no chance of meeting the first drill date.

Expect a SP drop of a little when a further delay is announced. Then again think we're used to PUntland delays, and just hanging out for Georgia to start.

Should be a good 6mths for Range, with Puntland finally to be drilled, Georgia two wells, and hopefully T&T and Texas have a few more wells drilled. $1 by end of year? WHo knows, but would be happy with 50c by end of year.
