The Danger coming out of Puntland is that the temperatures are already up and there is a possibility of clash between the Government and Saracen a Mercenary outfit based north of Bossasso Port with the capability of taking control of the life line and kitty box of the Regime in Puntland - Saracen was brought into the country but now they don't want to leave even ICOA( International Civil Aviation Authority has recommended the closure of an airstrip used by Saracen for clandestine activities.....interesting reading.
