I am not aware of the currency valuation at present but either way this call for help is unfortunate however predictable considering the circumstances.
Would it not be in the interests of the Puntland Gov to continue to support Range and it's allies in order to fast track any mineral or oil exploration activity.
I really cant see any other way they can improve on things in a relatively short time frame.
