i agree.
the point is the puntland/consort agreement is worthless. there are plenty of investors , just don't bother with this lot.
what pisses me off is that condor tells us that he is concerned with the welfare of somalians. if that be the case why doesn't he offer money to Kids In Need.
now that would be interesting , you see Kids In Need is not registered and was a scam from the outset.
