    "It is Range Resources’ intention to offer Red Emperor a participation interest in the Block, on terms to be agreed."

    Does anyone have any thoughts on what these terms might be? One would hope the terms are in Range's favour.

    What happens if other parties wish to bid for a share of this block. Will the market be in the know or is it a done deal?
