puntland or kurdistan,which is the safer?

I had invested in some Kurdistan oilies, but the political issues there are so frustrating, so I finally gave up...only to come into RRS. I researched the issues in Somalia and from my own point of view, I believe PUNTLAND is not such a big problem as that which befall investors in Iraq/Kurdistan.
The breakaway State has since 1998 has been given full support from the West. Only days ago an American delegation has visited the Region to discuss trade and security. Could this mean OIL is on the agenda? The US are always on the lookout for trade deals that include oil exports...if this be the case then it does seem that the US have done their homework! There obviously is a lot of it there...The more there is the easier to find! Look for a carton of needles in a haystack! A pushover?

The newly formed State of Puntland, is looking to bring peace and stability to this Region and it looks like they may succeed?

If PUNTLAND should fail, RRS have so much going in the pipeline with Trinidad, Georgia and Texas that makes investing in RRS so much more attractive, than many of the oil/exp Co's that have all their licences in one country!
