Russian - you are still referring to $400k being paid to Bandy. He has and is being paid around half of that for the past 7 years or so. Read the annual reports. $400k is for the full board and senior management and I think Lambert is no longer there so is $180,000 less.
Also I note that SGC is coming out of suspension today with an announcement of buying something in Canada so the suspension alongside RMP is probably pure coincidence.
