    i think i am reading it right.

    40% of the revenue sharing is high by world standards, but I dont think anyone will begrudge them this. After all 10% of a lot is better than 50% of not much!

    Looks like all those talks about RRS fleecing the country are DEAD WRONG! (AGAIN)
