As much as the new president is not happy with the Range deal...he has an obligation to his people to generate income to Puntland asap!! He will allow the deal to proceed as it will take too long for other explorers to catch up. Its all about funding for Africa oil and if they start the drill process i feel Range will hit Gold...call me an optimist as that is what i am!!
