This is what many have waited for and allows things to move forward.
I find it interesting that everytime u238xyz and co start a flurry of predictable posts something is in the wind.
Almost convinced they are a part of a Somaliland equity team.

I am sure MEPS was given a dcm as the multi nationals are trawling the continent for prospects and prpeared to pay big bucks to get in,so who needs MEPS?
