It wasn't a 'secret' it was happening back in October, November, and December as well. Yet here we are with no spud.

I honestly think some people just don't have very long memories. If each month, PL says 'it's happening this month', then moves the dates forward one month each time a month passes, it's pretty clear he's just making it up to keep shareholders on board. Ever since 2009 it's never been more than 3 months away....apparently.

Please, buy into Range for the other assets, not for Puntland. Remember 10 days in PL-time is the equivilant of 30 days of 'real' time, and when it comes to Puntland that timescale really could mean anything.
