    "Phillips estimates that success in Puntland could add 110 pence to the company’s fair value" (being Red Emperor he is talking about)

    Red Emperor shares are currently 20 p so that is about a six fold increase in share price. Can't be directly compared to Range of course due to its much larger market cap
