Seems the puntland govt are making progress towards openess and transparency. A good attribute to have in a democratic system. Which will be important come election time. Besides moving towards the benefits of getting their minerals out of the ground their also making progress on other key fundamantal fronts like education.

Hopefully some of this progress can add to the stability of the region come election time and instill further confidence to potential investors that this project is a goer.

Alhtough polls are hard to come by, from an outsiders perspective surely the current administration are looked upon by the their constituency favourbly.
