As for what we know the current Regime's time comes to an end by December and I don't think any sensible company will drop from a parachute a rig costing more than $15Million into a cauldron full of Pirates and hostile clans that are going to tear each other culminating in a spectacular civil war - that is if Farole dreams of holding on power come January 2012.
My reading from Somali Websites, weakileaks, and Uncle Sam's Intelligence and insider news is that the current regime will fall on the wayside and might ignite a serious civil war in Puntland come January 2012.
