I could be wrong here .. but it looks like you're joining in on the MHL Trindad /SOCA oil field aquisition ... after joining a few dots together

Heres a quick point form of what I think you guys are headin into ... ( MHL not taking 90% if RMP farm in )

MONITOR TO ACQUIRE UP TO 90% STAKE IN ONSHORE TRINIDAD
OILFIELDS & LOCAL DRILLING COMPANY
Highlights:
?h Monitor signs HOA to acquire, through Soca Petroleum, up to 90% interest in holding companies
whose subsidiaries hold production licences in producing onshore oilfields in Trinidad and
associated drilling equipment and infrastructure (??Transaction??);

?h Post the transaction, creation of a fully-funded oil production company with a significant daily
production profile and identified exploration upside.

?h Trinidad has produced over 3 billion bbls and currently produces approximately 100,000 bopd with
both major and smaller operators. All locally produced onshore oil is acquired by the state owned
refinery with logistics already established;

?h Independent experts Forrest A. Garb and Associates, Inc1 have assessed the producing fields
containing oil reserves of:
o Proved plus Probable (2P) of 4.8 million barrels
o Undeveloped Prospective Resources of 19.9 million barrels;

?h Current production is approximately 700 bopd (100% basis) and, following completion of the
acquisition, there is a planned work programme to lift production to more than 3500 bopd within 36
months based on known reserves;

?h Planned future production doesn??t take into account exploration upside with independently
identified possible recoverable resource from a reservoir formation (Herrera) which is producing on
adjacent blocks; and

?h Acquisition comes with established drilling inventory (9 rigs), personnel and operations all in place
on site.
