It will be the same entity split in two with non rationalised additional costs. You cannot be serious?

The only reason for the spin off is to compete with the other stocks that are the same in RMP and HRN.

RRS spin off and RMP will be the same - RMP has been stated to be in the off shore as well from PL but did not need to pay the 5 million for the airport. :)

If it does happen then RRS and RMP will merge in time.
