Sounds better than what they did in Vic where they banned the sale of ALL dogs from pet shops which were the only controllable outlet for all dog sales
Some of those (pet shops) have now gone broke and I'm sure the puppy farms are still flourishing and the regulators are patting themselves on the back with the good job they have done
We would all be far better off if someone would make public servants illegal
