@Scott th Ratbag; this loss in our courts is just another one for Palmer - exploiting Australia's courts to avoid responsibility, to sue others who can't afford the costs involved and to get what he wants is IMO Clive Palmer 101.
Such is Australia's legal system today!
IMO it's designed to serve the oh-so-wealthy, those who are well-connected and those saturated in privilege. We saw how it worked for George Pell, what happened when Brittany Higgins alleged she was raped and we know what the data tells us about court outcomes. Then there's what did not happen to the banksters and defence personnel alleged to have committed war crimes.
Tough luck if you're a young female with kids and the victim of domestic abuse / violence if your partner's parents are wealthy - he'll be able hire a you beauty legal team costing $Millions and may even win costs against his former partner.
